The third-placed Arsenal team is just 2 points behind the top-of-the-table Liverpool. So if Liverpool lose a point in a match they are likely to lose the top spot in the points table.

The Premier League is very competitive. There are many strong groups. So it is very unlikely that Arsenal, Liverpool and Manchester City will win all their upcoming matches. However, the team that can maintain the most consistency among these three teams will win the title.
If only in the previous match Manchester City could steal the full three points against Chelsea of course they should already be at the top of the standings, it's just that Manchester City couldn't beat Chelsea at their home ground, that was a bit disappointing. Luckily they were able to steal the full three points against Brentford.
