But it must also be pointed out that at least to some extent OP is right. As overt emotion doesn't help do almost anything with the right mindset. So anyone wanting to try gambling they must know to limit themselves and not go overboard with money they can't afford to lose. Being too emotional surely doesn't help.

The gambler really want to make money in the gambling site most of the time,the expectation alone are the gamblers to loss their funds in the gambling site.The gamblers who had enough knowledge in the gambling site will win the money from it.But some gamblers opinion was making the money from the random betting.It doesn’t mean the random betting doesn’t work,the random betting also make the gambler a big money winner.But the fact is the gamblers has knowledge about the game and use the random betting means,they can make the big bucks in return to their wallet.

The sports bet is not based on the luck,as we discussed earlier about the casino game.The gambling industry which has been used to test their luck in the game.But the gamblers with enormous money are able to recover the loss in the gambling site when they had loss their funds in the gambling by the random betting in the gambling site.The emotional gamblers never made the money in the gambling site.

On the time that you do have those kind of expectations or anticipations towards gambling on the time that you do start it up then expect or anticipate that sooner or later which gambling could really destroy your life.
