This process takes more than a month, which is too much.
I am interested in what would happen if the situation were reversed and you were waiting for the user to return your funds. Would it be comforting to you that patience was key?
after 9 days I've sent them docs, recieveing their answer:
"Hi Vladimir,
Thank you for your documents and I am sorry for the delayed reply!
I have transferred the provided information to my colleagues from the relevant department for further consideration. We will get back to you as soon as we receive an update.
Your patience is greatly appreciated".
no words...
