And maybe its some kind of Ref Link for that Telegram Bot as there always the last numbers of this Links are different.

And yes after some research i found it , this are all Ref Links!

Thanks a lot, @Lafu for your thorough investigation and bringing clarity to the Telegram link. I did not have the confidence to check the link as it could have been malware and that was the reason I suspected it and reported about it on your thread. I have gone ahead and reported it to the globals mods and it should be now taken care by them.
