I am not aware that investigation board has a rank limitation. Last I check, newbies have threads on that board. Let me try to ask moderator to move your thread into that board on your behalf. Alternatively, you can remove the sensitive details so your thread is "eligible" to be on this board. Doxxing out of place is heavily frowned by the forum.
