I have searched Fabrizio Romano profile I didn't see any information about Osimhen leaving Napoli and going for either of the club you mentioned. The last time Fabrizio interviewed him was when he said 60% of rumors about him is because some of his fans want to see him play in the Premier, he said he appreciates them for that but he don't have any information about it his future with any club until further notice and because I think he has an active contract with Napoli until 2026, he might stay there.

I think PSG are not hungry to look for Mbape replacements, we have some many able guys in the European leagues that are good than Victor Osimhen and Mbape but because fame is around them right now, others are clouded by that but I'm sure that if they search properly, they will get another better player the way they got Mbape at younger age.

Napoli has uncertain conditions that during this season they have been changing the manager several times which make Napoli performance is really unstable and Napoli also most likely will not playing at Champion league for next season because currently they only can occupy 9th place on league standings and i believe although Osimhen has a contract until 2026 but if for next season Napoli was unable to play at European competitions then Osimhen will thinking possibility to leave Napoli this summer

Since last summer indeed Osimhen was linked to several Premier League clubs just like Arsenal, Chelsea, and Manchester United but probably Manchester United will withdraw to gets him because currently they have Rasmus Højlund who can performing well and return to scores goals again and about Osimhen rumour to PSG why this team is thinking to bought Osimhen this summer because we all know PSG will look for the replacement of Mbappe who possibly will leave and they feel Osimhen is suitable to replace Mbappe position in PSG but indeed just like i said before Osimhen is really want to playing at Premier League so this is interesting to know that if Osimhen leave Napoli after this season ended which teams will he choose

In conclusion, I still want to see striker Victor Osimhen play in the Premier League next season if he wants to develop his career.
