It's not PoW, the PoW phase was mined by only the dev to generate enough token for airdrop and then whole network switched to PoS. Airdrop phase ended last Friday (after 7 days of registration and filter out cheating participants) and all the airdrop token will be distribute in this week.

After that Staking operation will transition from only dev to community, with additional staking bonus for 2 months, then they will try to list it on to exchanges and you can then buy the coin for staking or whatever you want it for. OTC trading is banned in their discord so if you want to buy some coin early you need to contact someone who got the airdrop and want to sell it by yourself.

TL,DR: You missed the airdrop phase and either need to wait for 2 months+ to get some token from exchanges or you need to contact someone who got airdrop and buy it by yourself.
