These competitors are only away each other 1 point and from Liverpool to Arsenal at the third position, point difference is only two points. This race will continue to be very tight until one or two of competitors will have some bad matches and fall behind other competitors.

With their strength, assume they will win weak and average clubs so their direct matches will be important for the title competition. Manchester City will have two big direct matches with Liverpool and Arsenal. It means both chances and risk, if Manchester City can beat opponents in both matches, they will create a big turning point for Premier League title race. If they fail, they will fail to defend their title.

They are a great combination for Manchester City attacking system to make it more powerful and more dangerous. The returns of both De Bruyne and Haaland are actually showing great impacts on their attacking system recent matches. Haaland looks to need more time to warm up after his injury but it seems the match against Luton Town already triggers his goal scoring instinct.
