Not only you, most people who are seeing the promotion are not gonna to take these.
I took the conclusion from the promotion, basically it's just throwing your KYC-ID to Blackjack.Fun. The first time in my life to see 200x wagering, also with such huge wagering you only can take the win from promotion up to 20$. The rules is clearly they want player losing 99,999999999% from my perspective better not created any promotion if they did not really intend to lose money.

I guess their main goal would be to let user try their site with the no deposit bonus but with a small fine print of not letting anyone withdraw. Its clear to say that none would ever complete this wagering requirement, basically you will need to wager $4k with starting balance of $20 which is just dumb in one sense. On top of that, max $20 withdrawal is the main turnoff for this aside from the KYC
I think blackjack.fun need to hire someone who has great experiences in marketing so they will have better promotions to offer. Sorry to say but the current offer is like a big joke, how can they expect people will be interested to take it while the requirements are too much. Even if the wagering requirement is reduced to 10x-20x, I doubt people will take it because I'm sure smart people wont risk their personal document for $20.
