Based on the comments here and that it includes me we are not aware of the existence of this exchange maybe because they don't have an official announcement here and checking the internet for additional information the result is not that good, they have not yet established their presence in the industry.

if you meet the people behind this exchange then ask for their credentials on the country where they are operating and check them to their license issuer. If they are going to operate in your country, India, they will need to ask for a license to operate in your country, which means they have to do KYC.
If they are willing to do that that's the time that you can trust this person because they are under the rules of their license, if they completed KYC nad they strike a deal to operate in India ask the team to introduce their platform here.
