Unfortunately you have not read the terms and conditions before. In online gambling it is a common thing that you can not create more than one account from one IP, household, laptop, family etc.
There is no explicit mention about IP/Household on the TOS
( https://stake.com/policies/terms ) I think!
Most of the time the terms are not straight forward. For example
4.9 Only one Stake Account per Player is allowed. Should You attempt or successfully open more than one Stake Account, under Your own name or under any other name, or should You attempt or succeed in using the Website by means of any other person's Stake Account, Stake will be entitled to immediately close all Your Stake Account(s), retain all monies in such Stake Accounts and ban You from future use of the Website.
You are not allowed to have more the one account. But how would you prove that another account which is using different name is not under your own control?
When a gambling site like Stake will see same IP address, browsing information from two different account, no matter what name they have for these individual accounts the platform will think it's a multi account.
