So it's better to just keep it a secret, if you're afraid you won't be able to control your gambling, therefore it's important for you to gamble responsibly so you can be independent and don't need to ask for advice from other people. the people around you, especially family.

The point is to return to the core of the problem, this all depends on each individual and we cannot apply all of people's advice to ourselves. Until now my gambling activities have been very secretive, no one knows except online friends who gamble together.

I kind of disagree with you on this one, though, because it seems unbearable that you are unable to listen to the advice of others—after all, you can never tell when you are developing a gambling addiction. Because you occasionally lose consciousness when playing because you are enjoying the game, it might be challenging to determine whether you are a responsible gambler. It is completely fine to be open and honest with your family about your gambling habits, so they can help you avoid becoming addicted to gambling. If you hide your gambling activities, you hinder and prevent other people from offering you advice and support, which could be beneficial to you personally. If you hide your gambling, you can miss out on important support systems and chances for help if your behavior gets out of control.
