The thing is that the casino set a sudden rule or restriction for a gambler or a user on their website for many years. It's hard to accept that after all this time or years the gambler spent in betting or doing gambling on that website, they suddenly limited his maximum bet just because he won a huge amount of profit. I see that it is unfair, and of course it is suspicious that even customer service has not taken action about the complaint of the customer.
