Napoli seems to be having difficulty returning to the top 4 because several teams above their ranking have managed to perform more consistently than them. I think Napoli will not get a Champions League spot next season because their current performance is not completely consistent in winning while chasing the top 4 is not an easy thing for them because they have lost a lot of points while Roma still has a chance to be in 4th place if Bologna slips.
