As far as I know, with your phone number, you can log in to the TG account registered with it. That way you can fully regain control over it.

I second what is said here. Right now I am in a loss and there is not clear explanation but the fact that you lost your phone. You being into a business you should have created a thread the same second your realized your phone is lost and someone else could be scamming your contacts

Being travelling and all I had at that time was my phone so how can I access anything? I total understand your frustration and really sorry for your loss man but I will get in touch with you to figure out how to solve this.
