For the safety and the sake of Xavi Alonso's career, it will nice that I advise him to take Bayern Munich job over Liverpool anytime. Xavi Alonso has not really enjoyed the dividend of a top coach in the top league for a very long time. This is his first time of breaking through, if I were him I would accept Bayern Munich offer or remain with Bayer Leverkusen in order to dominate the Bundesliga again for some years before I could take up a new challenge. Honestly everyone of us know that England is not an easy place to go especially when Guardiola and his boys are still fully available in England. Taking up Liverpool responsibility now that Klopp has made a team to be a world class team, the expectation will be very high and it shall be Alonso might not be able to get the standard within a short period of time. So, to ease or avoid the stress, he should settle for Bundesliga liga again this season.
