It's still weird for me to see this good performance from Leverkusen and I'm wondering how they had this good performance when they didn't buy many players and good coaches during the summer and they even had fewer investments than many other teams but they got better results than all other teams. Even Bayern Munich with all the players they have like Harry Kane, couldn't make them stop.
Some people think Leverkusen is winning because of Xabi Alonso but that's very hard to believe that the only reason for their good performance is Xabi Alonso, that's because of the better teamwork that has.
Maybe Xabi Alonso has that thing to bring all the best out of all the players and that they working all more together now as in the past.
A very good and nice coach can make a big difference and can have a big impact on a team even there not many new players.
Looks like that Alonso have all this things and we see it on the field that Leverkusen is a team where everybody is fighting for the others.

I agree that Xabi is not the only reason why this team has performed extraordinary this season, I believe it is the players who also have high motivation to implement what Xabi directs in every match. The role of coaches and players is a factor that we cannot ignore in a team, and this season they have succeeded in creating that chemistry very well. This is not just the success of one person, but this is the success of all the people on this team.
