I've been slacking a bit, but I hit a daily PR today with 152 so far!

It's really impressive to see how consistent you are keeping to the challenge. Myself I have been slacking for some days, just like you I have never done below 60 since this challenge started. I think you were able to hit this record high 152 in a single day because you have been
building momentum and consolidated in the region of 80 and you finally broke the resistance and shoot as high as 152. This exactly what's happening to bitcoin currently it's gathering momentum and when it shoots this time it will be another ATH. $100k and above.
That does seem to be the way my body works at least. Start training, and not really see results too quick, but then take off. The momentum is also there the other direction, I believe, where I can remember stopping being active during past times, but not getting weaker until around a month has passed. So let's stick with it together!
Sure am going to stick to the challenge and never give up on it. Am not even seeing it as a challenge anymore rather am seeing it as something that's essential for the well being of my body. The challenge has really changed my mentality about exercise, it has indeed opened my eyes to realize that exercise is not something we should deprive our body as long as we are living and healthy.

Another thing I'm changing is I'm going to make the last set of the day, an as many as I can do set. If that makes sense. Today it was 22.
That makes sense. I might have to try something like that.... and maybe there could be some saving up for either the last set of the day or a certain set that will serve as the attempt to maximize.. scares me just to think about it... .. regarding your 22... in order to get 152 in a day, then that means that you have been doing a lot of sets with relatively lower counts in order to get to your total... I suppose that could work, but there likely is some value in resting between sets.. but yeah, each of us has to figure out what kind of a balance works for us.. We do get to know some of the limits of our body when we are doing these kinds of activities.
I meant to mention that. It seems silly but you convinced me it's a lot easier to do 100 in a day, if you can do at least 25 in a set. I remember when I was sticking to 10 a set, and not pushing for 11 or 12. That really held me back. So if one can only do 1 pushup today, tomorrow try to do 2. Yesterday I did 03-15-2024 30 25 25 25 25 22
The 4 sets of 25 is actually a better alternative compared to the 10 sets of 10. Doing 10 you might not be completing your challenge as it might be too much of a set for you. It will be as if it's a burden to you and the impact won't show much in your body.
