U should REALLY lower your withdrawal fees, 20 DOGE fee on DOGE withdrawals ?
Most probably they will say that the withdrawal fee is high for the payment provider or wallet maintenance cost. Wintomato is charging higher fees like that since the beginning. There were also complaints from
another user regarding the high withdrawal fee. I think Wintomato team isn’t going to reduce the fee. They are charging higher fee for all the crypto than the actual network fee.
I'm just curious, since i'm not using DOGEcoin for my gambling needs, I like to know how much is the fees for other casinos? At 20 doge, it is converted to $3 (more or less).. So that's really big if you are gambling within the range of $100 and below.. However, if you are gambling with $1000 and up, then I think that amount is acceptable. At the end of the day, it's still up to us if we continue to not since we have a lot of casinos in the space, but people complaining should be considered as a constructive critcism that a casino needs to improve to gain more gamblers.
