I can see where the comparison is coming, well, if other casinos particularly stake which one of the most popular charge a very minimal withdrawal fee, sometimes it could be considered as a standard basis, so some might complain. But you are right, if they are not happy then they should not be playing with this casino. I think wintomato has to evaluate this thing as this could be crucial in gaining loyal gamblers, I mean if they are happy with the fee, they'll continue to play and will eventually increase their wagers in the long run, what matters is the activity is continues. Stake has probably billions of bets coming in a monthly basis, so cheap withdrawal fees could be the key here. In fact, IIRC, there were casinos before that does not charge a withdrawal fee, not sure if there's still some now.

That's the point... even in my case, I would choose to use altcoins as it's faster to confirm and transaction fees are cheap.
