You can find several non-kyc options in THIS link.
Bisq is best know and they recently released new version Bisq2, but I think easiest option (with some limits) is Peach Bitcoin app, if you want to use mobile devices for trading.
I think Agoradesk is better than LocalCoinSwap, and there is also HodlHodl with similar style.
