156 was looking achievable for the Ireland, but their batting badly collapsed and fail to give any resistance with just three batsmen able to touch double figure digit and Azmatullah Omarzai with 4 and Naveen ul Haq with 3 wickets demolish the Irish batting lineup and win this match and series with huge margin which is good after few bad matches in last few months.

As a result, Afghanistan won the three-match T20I series 2-1. It was a quality performance from Afghanistan, but Ireland showed improvement. This Irish side played well throughout the series, although there is still room for improvement.
