It's most common things, If they get a better sallary/deal they will move on. Basically it's always based contract payment could be long term, weekly or monthly so once they got their weekly/monthly payment and the contract is not a long term contract. They will move on.

If the contract is long term, and they want to move on usually they will need to pay bail out before moving out.

This is exactly how it is with some of this streamers with huge followers, casinos that go into contract with them know why they do so, it's because by mentality, people are built to be loyal to whom ever they are making money from, and if those subscribers are making money due to the guidance of that streamer, trust that where ever that streamer goes, which ever casino he moves to, majority of his subscribers will also move to that same casino.
