wow that is a long time of using mobile mate 5 hours a day? does this mean you are not using laptop or personal computer and only relying in mobile each day.

also try not to have data so you can only use your mobile while connected in your internet in home , sometimes this is also what I do to prevent myself to engage in mobile while not in Home.
