When asked reasonable questions regarding concerns of this being a ponzi scheme (for which there are several indications), their response was "contact law enforcement".
Which of course won't help much, as they hide their identity as well.

You can't exactly have an eBay account with the # of sales we do without having identity revealed. Paypal even requires identity verification. Our identity WAS revealed to the public at one point, actually, and we ended up retracting our transparency due to some disturbing events which occured. Our stance on the subject has not changed. We stand strong to protect the identities of our employees and to protect this operation. As we continue to heighten our security, we will gradually become more transparent again.

So just to clarify i was one of the first customers and bought hashing power on ebay. I looked at my paypal transaction statement and a name is given on it and says non-us paypal verified. Can I assume this person's name is legitimate and is you?

If we ever stole your money and you wanted to come after us, you could legally get paypal to reveal the required information. Paypal accounts are tied to bank accounts, and so the trolls would have to imply that I was able to set up a fake bank account which would be highly illegal. I doubt a true scamming company would take that route. Wouldn't they just start with bitcoin only due to its anonymous nature?

Our customers trust us and we like the way we are doing business with them at this time. We don't need to change a thing.

I am sorry to hear about the disturbing events which occurred. Other companies like Cloudhashing (although overpriced) operate with complete transparency. In the long term I think this is highly important for you. I am looking forward to the day you increase your transparency (and then I will drop 10 BTC on 2 TH/s).
