But finally you have registered for my own opinion I will think that since you have registered and that is why you are allowed to be post in this community you should let it go because you have succeeded already by registering yourself into the community of bitcointalk, sometimes people who try to register like this has already own account in the forum but the account was created by someone Who introduced them to the forum.

Let me answer you base on your question, the cause of the problem you are having is base on your location, because when your location is not permitted to have an easy registration to bitcointalk you neither use vpn to register or you change a system and make payment of evil fees they will demand for you.

It can't be a group of people residing there that committed the crime because I know quite well that some of the countries are not supportive to register in the forum, because sometimes you will see people paid for evil fee before they could have access to make a post after registration, so it's not caused by group of people living in that geographical environment.
