It seems the business is fully working on automatic mode for a while already. These promotional emails and posts made by their official account here on this thread are all done by bots, so I guess that is how they are running the business. Maybe they do this to reduce operational costs and keep the website alive.
You might ask DT members to tag Freebitco for not solving your case. They will probably place a neutral tag at first and then negative tag if your case isn't resolved.
That is what I thought to happen once OP created his scam accusation thread, but so far, no effect was achieved and very few posts were made there by bitcointalk community.
