If it helps you at all, my replacement card is also unnaturally slow in getting here. But I'm not that much worried, if Wirex doesn't want my fees, I'm sure that Bitrefill will be just happy to do that.
it sounds like delaying, again no tracking number or concrete information about the refunds, what does Wirex actually have in their hands if not even the WXT tokens, at least they admit once that they have problems with the physical cards...
I've learned to have the lowest expectations on Wirex support, so I'm not surprised by that answer you've got.
