Making arrangements for the well being of the club should be concerning for Barcelona and their players. Barcelona president, Joan Laporta have done his best for the team but easier jobs are not triggered due to the high intensity of these challenges flowing in for elite team. Blaming Xavi Hernandez for the incompetent actions shouldn't be the worry of this club. Barcelona are well inform and they're capable of bringing back to back prominent results from games upward, why are they struggling for a win?

Everyone at the club works for the good of the club, and to maintain the reputation they use different tactics to keep winning. But in this case I fully agree that Joan Larpota has played the best role for the team. He is able to carry forward in more Barcelona games.
