For both the penalty and the bonus, this applies only to your merit score, and does not affect sendable merit (sMerit).

My interest here seems to apply to the reading more! Perhaps there have to be some mic icon I could press to read to, as some signaler or proof of my having to read more. Maybe I’ll upload a voice note of my having to read as proof and perhaps some app sensor that would sense my having to stir at my screen to relate my screen time and by some means calculate how am having to read. Lol,,,
