It's really hard to tell whether one of these teams is more prone to making a mistake than the others. It is not impossible for Liverpool to win every single game. The same counts for City. Maybe the goal difference could become important, but my guess for now is that Liverpool and City will collect more points than Arsenal in the last 9 games. What are your thoughts here?

First of all, I am amused by how bookmakers quote the game City - Aston Villa: 1.26. As you can see, they don't consider it difficult for the City.
As for the big picture, the calendar looks equal for everyone, so points advantage (Liverpool, then Arsenal) and the ability to focus on the Premier League without paying attention to the Euro cups (Liverpool) come to the fore. Liverpool looks like the favorite here and the bookmakers are quoting it as such, but in their opinion, City and not Arsenal are in second place.

Liverpool have a high chance of winning the league because the opponents they face are teams they can win convincingly.They know they have an advantage now topping the table with two points after Arsenal and Manchester City drew at Etihad stadium. The reds will try to gather much mumentum to win the remaining games to remain ontop of the table where they are.While the gunners and City will also continue to win their games to be able to still keep competing with Liverpool fot the Premiere league tittle.
