But I have been thinking recently that how can people in countries with natural disaster be able to backup their seed phrase offline? An example is the flooding that occured in Pakistan like 2 or 3 years ago that submerged 1/3 of the country under water. Even if you backup your seed phrase offline in many locations, it is possible that kind of flood can lead to permanent loss of your offline seed phrase.

The reason people are saying we should avoid saving it online is not because of anything. Still, we know that anything that is connected to the internet will allow hackers to be able to access you, and that is why they will tell you to keep it away from anything connected to the internet. and if they can have access to your seed phase, then your money is gone. I am sure that some people don't even know where their seed phase is, and even if something eventually goes wrong, they will start looking for it, and that is when they will not be able to find it.

And if you are in a country where natural disasters occur, you should be able to make plans for the safekeeping of your seed phrase, because if it is written and the building collapses, how do you recover it? Some challenges will be faced. If you are keeping it offline, then it should be a place that will be excluded from any disaster.
