3 days have passed and the issue has not been resolved yet. Support promised to resolve the issue within a maximum of 72 hours, but they assured that it would be resolved before this time.
Sometimes things just take time.
Since they assured you they are working on it you just need some patience. I know it can be frustrating to wait but it won't be faster if you complain here.
Maybe see it that way, if you had the money yesterday, maybe you would have lost it by now and the weekend is ruined.
In the meantime, participate in one of their 50$ giveaways, maybe you get lucky (unlike me)
