It is a matter of fact one will always find people who are ungrateful to others, not matter on the context where one find them. It is kind of a problem about people bit appreciating the value of others and how they help to enrich the lives and the work as part of society or even as part of a company within workplace.
It is a typical scenario one can find, the ungrateful boss or coworker who mistreats one, even though we do our job and try our best to comply with the standards which are asked from us..even though one does all exactly as asked, one gets scolded and belittled anyways.

It is a very toxic behavior, when ungratefulness meets a position of power and responsability ...
