Exactly if a gambler is scammed then he would disassociate himself from all the serviced of that casino because at that moment has suspected all the services they rendering to gamblers. Therefore the person would avoid them for the fear of scamming. And the delay from the support team to respond to complain also led to suspecting them. And that is why the support team in any casino need to be active at all time. And if you won any of their giveaway contest or prediction and there is no respond from them then you have to email them if the live chat is not active.
