I wrote to online support, they said to wait 1-2 hours, the team will check the documents manually.
When I verified my ID is also took some hours, that's normal sometimes.
That's why, when I play at sites that mostly require KYC, I do the verifications mostly even before my first deposit ever.
If I have this done already there is no reason to delay future withdrawals and often enough it also gives some better bonuses occasionally which you wouldn't get without KYC.
They told me in the chat that they rejected my document! They ask me to upload another document, but I only have an ID card.
I have a new ID card, received it this year. They don’t want to accept it, they ask for ANOTHER ID card or passport.
