I am actually one of those football fan that have never taken arsenal team serious because I sees them as a bottler, but quite of recent they have actually change my perception about them, and I really do think this season they are more equipped to win the premier league than ever, even though they lack a central attacker, but apart from that, I think they are more equipped this season than they were last season.

And as for the uefa champions league, I do really think it's going to be far from their reach due to their lack of experience in the competition, because if you look at their performance over the cause of this year champions league, they are not as free flowing as the usually are in the champions league, so I believe that expecting something from them in the champions league will be too much to ask from them.
