You are right @JayJuanGee I will probably make it a proper format just like as DirtyKeyboard has shown, numbers of days will be included i think I will still add time when I started my push-up and time I ended it in a session so is it can easily be understood so both all members here and DirtyKeyboard can probably read it I pretty appreciate your direction @ JJG.
I don't need to be able to read it. It's a script that scrapes the page looking for the format. So you can post your personal post however you'd like.
