I think that if I understand everything that you are saying, your proper reporting format should have been something like this:

ohh thanks, I just completed my yesterday pushups ( 50 pushups)  Hours back , so this is my report.

Once I go offline I'm hitting the first set of my today pushups, so that I can complete my pushups on time and to avoid, making excuses not to complete my pushups, because I have some report to make later , in this thread  Grin . Because ever since this report idea or suggestions came up it has increased my urge to keep hitting my daily pushups because now I can easily identify the number of pushups have hits , and also see my progress. thanks guys for this awesome suggestion. Grin

100 a day not 100 a set.



I can do 100 stairs up and down non-stop

but the pushups won't happen due to my hernia surgery

It's very unfortunate you got a hernia surgery, you must have gone through series of pains but however am glad you still find a way of taking part in this challenge by doing 100 stairs up and down because some people will literally just feel so reluctant about exercising their body more especially when a surgery of your nature is involved.

I still haven't been able to go beyond 50 push-ups in a single set.  It's a bit discouraging that I feel like I've hit a bit of a wall.  I'm not sure if I should be forcing myself to do more reps each time or if I should go beyond the 100 per day in the challenge to try and help me get over this hurdle.  Admittedly a good night of sleep and a healthy breakfast would probably go a long way for me, but I'd rather a solution with some force.  Maybe I'll continue working in other workouts and hope that it takes care of itself eventually.  I'm not going to worry about it too much as I just wanted to hit 50 at once by the halving, but I feel like I'm going to need to hit another gear in order to reach 100 in a set by $100K, which I now believe we'll see in July.
To be able to have so much enthusiasm to continue the pushups in the morning, a good night rest and sleep is important and after every set, having a good and healthy meal is also advisable.

Workouts is necessary in other to straighten the bones and muscles hence it can also aid the pushups in the sense that the body will be very flexible to an extent that you can even reach the 100 push ups without felling any pain

That's true , I'm glad seeing users joining this challenge in any way that they can this is just exciting. Let's continue hitting this challenge while Bitcoin gather strengths to Take down $100k 😌
