You do not reveal the essence of your idea about a new financial system and a new currency, and therefore it is quite difficult to judge all this. I can only say that human civilization has existed for more than one millennium, and all this time people have been looking for an ideal financial system that would satisfy all claims regarding currency and its circulation in society. We have had a fiat system for a long time, and recently cryptocurrency has been added to it and this indicates the theoretical possibility that alternative financial systems may exist.

But you need to outline the essence of your idea, at least in general terms, otherwise it is unlikely that influential persons or relevant state bodies will be interested in it. And your opinion that allowing you to use your new financial system can stop such global wars as Russia’s war in Ukraine looks completely ridiculous. Putin and other crazy rulers have their own idea of the world order and ways to influence them.

Some entity already read my information/idea and I even have a demo website version but all still in the private mode.
I may reveal/release that demo version to the public/you within next couple of days after all the settings are done/set since it is a quite complicated complex system but very easy to understand.
