How can anyone tell you anything if they don't know what you are talking about? Do this: Edit your post, and add enough content that describes what you are referring to and what are you involved in and what kind of a problem did you encounter with the partner that is from another location, and then if someone from the community have knowledge about it, they can guide you properly.

I also agree with the OP that if you don't state your problem well then we will let you know how to solve it. You explain your problem here. Of course you will get support from everyone here. Having trouble with your partner?
