The forum allows the creation of alts so once a member decides to go into scamming they can just easily create another account and advertise their products. So to me, the biggest number of this scam accounts are members that are already here

I won't say the biggest, but a huge portion yeah.
I mean, common, let's just look at the history of this forum, how many trusted members have turned out to be scammers, breaking the law, not paying their debts, running with money, just go to the Scam section, read the format you need to report a scam, think of congratulating the member who wrote that sticky only to find out he has been arrested for card fraud.

When you see that much money changing hands around here, when everything is about money, money, and so on and you have way too little for their needs some will stop thinking of limits when it's about making some too.
