Unfortunately as you read a lot of feedbacks posted by a lot of people here you can figure out that the casino where you gamble is a scam so its expected that they will never let you withdraw your winnings since they had a reputation to act like that and there are also a lot of people are been compromised by 1xbit so its not surprising if there's new cases will show up and for sure this will go the same with other one. Hope you learn a lesson and before trying to gamble seek first the reputation of the casino to avoid scamming issues again.

Even if they go back here saying that they are ready to solve their issues made before still that's not enough for people to regain their trust on them. Their damage made in the community is so deep and we can't see any legitimate feedback posted saying that they are still a good casino so its better for all of people to avoid since 1xbit will never change. Also for sure they know that there's no chance for them to return back since people already lost their trust on them for long time.
