So, it bumped up my mind to remind myself of someone today while and after having my morning push up session and that person is, this guy, yeah you.
First of all, it is not right to give yourself so much trouble, it is likely to cause a lot of damage to the body. So I started again with a new initiative and am doing 4 steps every day and increasing the number of pushups. I am doing 8-10 pushups in each step and I have passed the time of physical pain.
So yeah, your the one. How have you been?
Haven’t seen you respond on the thread since you made this comment. I know I tried to push you towards doing more than 8-10 push ups for a day when I said,
Lol, 8-10 push-ups for a round or step, that’s extremely low, extremely. You’ve set the push-ups per round too low my friend, you wouldn’t archive nothing with that. It’s worth I would expect from a 6 year old kid. Even if his just positioned and letting his waist do the push-ups.
and I still am, hope you’ve been after the gains though, am not relenting on that but, I wish to hear that you’ve been at it and doing great at it too. Probably stepped up your numbers per set and per round. You might be surprised am after you just now and that’s because, I came in your business and I like to have you tell me your gaining since I can’t see you.
Come on pal, go for it, hear my voice here on now and go for it and a lot of you guys out here that have relent a little bit, go for the gains and invest as you will and can, the halving is done.
