What do you mean he will continue to struggle? Did you get the impression that the coach or the players struggled in the Champions League quarterfinals? It was quite the opposite. Yet, the only right decision is to get rid of Tuchel. Surprisingly the guy always finds another big club to immediately get going after he gets fired. Once these coaches made it to the top of the list in the world, it doesn't matter what their results are. They sign contract after contract. Just look at Pochettino, one of the worst in the business. But he doesn't care, next club will be waiting for him when Chelsea fires him.

Big-name coaches like Tuchel keep getting top jobs after tough patches. Its amazing. The latest missteps tend to fade in comparison to their earlier victories. Tuchel couldnt keep Bayern's Bundesliga title, which demonstrates strategy flaws, especially compared to his predecessors.

This coach-carousel makes you question how clubs operate, right? What's more important, recent results or a guy's reputation? Even when they're failing in their leagues, Tuchel and Pochettino's Champions League runs appear to give them life. Sometimes super-talented coaches are under so much pressure that they're fired if they fail, but they're still the best.

I don't think Tuchel deserves anymore high premium team like Psg or Bayern Munchen as he failed at both of them,at Bayern he didn't win the title this season and I doubt he is going to win the Champions League this season while at Paris the title was undisputed because all other teams could not keep up with the quality of Paris players.I don't see any high potential team offering such coach a job,if I were the owner of such team I would see no reason to offer them a job.
