That's the worst thing you can do since early in the morning your body craves oxygen and the best thing you can literally do is to run a bit, ride a bicycle, walk a dog if you have one, just go outside and get some fresh air along with a light workout, then get back and drink a cup coffee that will get blood pumping through your lungs. Smoking in the morning when your body is trying to wake up and stretch is suffocating your cells.

yeah, it's a normal occurrence being that those areas can be freakishly cold and you'd need all the heat you can get. About 44 million people in Russia are smokers and it's not just cause the place is cold like I figured, it's just a big habit common to them and some do this out of low health education and probably because cigarettes are cheap over there.

Yeah. Nicotine can create an instant sense of relaxation and as such people turn to smoking for this belief but the feeling is usually temporary and can make people slip into withdrawal and to chase that feeling of stress and withdrawal, they continue smoking. Most times people find it hard to separate their desire to relieve stress from actually being addicted when smoking and therein lies the danger.
I think cigarettes are the go-to option to be rid of stress especially during work hours as it's cheap, and within reach.
