Wow you tried mate , back then when i Started hitting pushups during COVID lock down hitting 10 pushups was a biggg challenge for me but as time goes on my body was getting used to it . But I stop for a while till this challenge brought me back to it and each day I hit my pushups I can feel my body evolving, And my abs getting so visible .

Well I was able to hit 100 pushups but I can feel my shoulders pain getting more sore, so for now I will have to reduce it . Because the only reason I'm even managing is due to spreading my pushups with set .
