Show a little bit patience, your withdrawal requests aren't even 48 hours old. Looks like they are doing an investigation on your account. You should have waited for the final statement of their email support before creating this accusation. They do have a telegram channel and the admin is active there. I have already informed them about your complaint on their telegram channel.
