The push up is really help to improve all round fitness I never have passion for push up but after given it a trial I develop love as there are some drastical changes that make me more strong to work more than before, I will remain consistent in pushing and no given up untill this goal is achieved BTC @ $100k is inevitable one don't need to panic or shake on anything happening within the halving and after halving period all correction will come and go but BTC will maintain this speculated $100k possibly before first quarter.
