I have successfully completed 21 days of this wonderful challenge. I have consistently done 75 push-ups per and divided into three sessions pf 25 push-ups. There was little increment per session but I will not put those into consideration as my target is to maintain 75 push-ups per day for at least 100 days before any adjustment can be made. This is where I stand at the moment:

While people says exercise helps one to reduce weight, I noticed my arms and chest are getting adding, could this be that I am not doing it correctly?
